The reason is that all these steps are practical as they have assisted me to boost my self-esteem by conquering an inferiority complex. Here are some strategies to help you.

1. Focus On Your Strength. 

When do we feel inferior to others? You feel imperfect when you focus on your weaknesses, failures, and disabilities. The moment you focus on your disabilities, you invite negative thoughts. As a result, life becomes complex and you remain a failure.

It would be best if you remember that every person has positive qualities, achievements and strengths. So, it is time to shift your attention to these positive achievements. This is the most practical method to get rid of an inferiority complex.

To focus on your strengths, you need to know them. Make a list of your positive thoughts, skills, and achievements and remind yourself of them regularly. This will help you to boost your self-esteem. Your self-esteem and self-confidence help you counter the feelings of an inferiority complex.

2. Accept The Feeling. 

The first step to conquering this feeling is to be aware of this inferiority complex. You should acknowledge this feeling of inferiority without any judgement.
