Successful habits makes you successful.

Success is a series of daily successful habits. Success does not come overnight but your daily successful habits give you success one day. Some keys unlock the door to your success and suddenly open a new sector of life. 

What is the definition of success to you?
  •  You have enormous money but no health.
  •  You have enormous money, good health but no peace,
  •  You have good health but no money,
  •  Or you have adequate money, health and peace.

    If I had to answer, it is having adequate money, health and peace.

    Ask me why?

    The perfect balance of health, wealth and happiness gives you true success.

    Here let’s see how the imperfect balance of these three things can make you a failure;

    • If you have enormous money but no health, you can not enjoy your wealth.
    • Do you possess good health but no money?  Then you are always running out of money which is not a success.
    •  Having good health but no peace, you are an unhappy person. Peace is the most priceless emotion that we all are looking for. The mind seeks peace after a tiresome day. 

     The moral of the story is that a person with a perfect balance of these three things is a successful person.

    He might not be a billionaire but has adequate wealth to survive happily and peacefully.

    Now you need to create a balance to be a successful person.

    Here are 5 keys to unlocking the door of success and happiness

    Key 1: Relaxing Morning Routine.

    ‘Morning shows the day’.

    A relaxing morning could transform your day. A relaxing morning routine makes you more productive and creative.

    In the morning, your mind works just like high-speed internet. It works very fast and calmly.

    If you can make your morning routine relaxing, it will make you more active and productive. 

    The important questions are;

    •  How to make your morning routine relaxing?
    •  What time does it take to perform?
    • How many days do I need to follow this routine?
    •  Is it effective?

    The answers to all your questions are as follows;

      It is really simple to make your morning routine more relaxing. You must do four or five things to relax your morning routine.

    Early to rise, a little bit stretching, drinking water and pray to almighty for this beautiful day.

    You need a minimum of five minutes or a maximum of fifteen minutes to perform this morning routine.

    If you follow this routine for one week at a stretch you will see a significant change in your mind and mood.

    Follow this routine for at least one week at a stretch for better effect. 

    It is super effective. I have implemented this in my life and my life has been changed.

    This routine has made me more productive and peaceful.

    It’s just words if I say it to you, but you have to follow this along for actual effect.

    Summary: A relaxing morning routine helps you to be more productive and peaceful. A relaxing morning helps you to ponder on your thoughts and ideas which bring you one step forward to your success.

    So, start today and you will see the change tomorrow. 

    Key 2: Strong Futuristic Goal.

    You should always nurture a strong futuristic goal in your life rather than short-term goals.

    Your strong goal creates a burning desire in you and makes you restless until the goal is reached. 

    Your goal is futuristic which refrains you from engaging in every petty problem and mood swing.

    Then you are fully focused on what will happen in the next five years, not today.

    The goal always should be strong and futuristic to reach the pinnacle of success. 

    Remember, your goal keeps changing with time, but you will handle this fluctuation with time if you are a great planner.

    For example, if you are a student your goal should be to shine in your career. After financial success, you need to focus on your mental health and self-understanding.

    In your sixties,  your goal should be a spiritual practice. Like this, life’s goal keeps changing.

    Your goals change with time like this but true purpose gives you a true understanding of life. 

    The person who is accustomed to change is the person who gets success in any field he touches.

    Holding a strong futuristic goal, you are no longer lazy because you know your time is limited. You don’t have time to waste. You become more conscious of time. The time works for you.

    Every successful person is common in one thing; they are good at time management.

    Summary: A strong futuristic goal sets you free from tiny everyday problems and helps you to focus on your goal or purpose. It helps you to see what is going to be like after 5 years in your career.

    The moral of the story is that you have to think big before gaining it. 

    Key 3:  Exercise and Meditation.

    Do you know what is the deepest desire of every human being? They want to be alive for good on this planet and in good health.

    Knowing the truth Man is Mortal, and they wish to be immortal through their deeds. They work hard to achieve the greatest success in life. 

    They ensure their lives with health insurance or term insurance but forget to do the simplest job to secure health daily.

    In this changing world, we are prone to getting diseases because of our unhealthy lifestyles. Even we have got a pandemic like Covid-19.

    Our immune system is so weak to fight. We are always afraid of getting diseases in our bodies.

    I cannot assure you that if you practice exercise and meditation daily it will set you free from all kinds of diseases but I can assure you it will help you build up a strong immune system and strength to fight any kind of disease.

    • What happens if you exercise every day?

    The doctor says if one exercises daily, it releases a hormone which is a feel-good hormone. Your mind becomes satisfied and again it craves this hormone.

    It also works in the other case.

    Even the psychologist says that you will see a significant difference if you want to get rid of mobile addiction and start exercising at least ten minutes a day.

    • Why meditation is necessary?

    As exercise is for the body, meditation is for the mind.

    The human body has three main parts

      Body, Mind and Intellect.

    The mind is more powerful than the body. If you can conquer your mind, your body will automatically be at your beck and call.

    A healthy body and an active mind make one intellectual.

    A perfect balance of body, mind and intellect helps you to achieve your desired goals.

    Summary:  The right understanding between body and mind helps you to achieve real and long-lasting success. Physical exercise and meditation are necessary to create that understanding and balance between body and mind.

    Key 4:  Sharing Selflessly.

    ‘Sharing is caring.

    Someone has rightly said if you want to be happy then give happiness to others.

    Similarly, if you want to be successful then work for others’ success.

    You should never employ an employee for your selfish motive rather than thinking that he is a part of your business and you should take care of him as he is taking care of your business.

    A boss is being honoured because of his employees.

    If you want to gain more then spend more.

    You may think sharing reduces your wealth then

     Why sharing?

    It is rightly said, ‘People forget what they get but they never forget what you make them feel’.

    Whenever and wherever we talk about sharing we think we can only share our wealth. But the reality is if you have expertise in any field that is also a thing or wealth to be shared.

      How does sharing help you to succeed?

    Suppose you are the boss of a company and proud of that.

    Do you think you are the boss that’s why they are employees? But the reality is, they are the employees that’s why you are the boss.

    Suppose you have no employee, will your sons or daughters call you boss? No, it is not possible. 

    Besides being a boss, you should take care of your employees. You should think about them. If it is needed, you should share your experience or wealth with them.

    Your caring attitude towards them will give you genuine respect.

    But always remember your sharing attitude should be free from selfish interests.

    It should not be

    I am sharing to get better returns from them.

    It should be

    I am sharing because I love to see people happy. I have a handful of riches and God has given me this opportunity to share my success. I have more than I need so it should be shared.

    I read a line in my teenage but cannot remember the book’s name. It was like,

    ‘If you are happy after sharing and ashamed of getting something from others, you are a great person.’

    Summary:  Sharing selflessly gives you real happiness as it assures that you are not craving anything in return. It also relaxes your mind as you are doing something great for others.

    Key 5: Grateful to God.

    You are healthy, you dare to struggle and get support, and be grateful for that.

    If you are struggling to be successful then be grateful

    • You have at least thought to do something great in your life.
    • You are full of that information on which you are working now.
    • Your body and mind support you in this attempt and so on. 

    If you are already successful then be grateful for

    • You are living the lives of millions who are struggling to achieve prosperity.
    • Money is no more a concern for you.
    •  Your family is living a happy life and that gives you happiness and peace.
    • You have more than you need and you have good health and a healthy family and so on.

    How do be grateful every day and make it a habit?

    It is just like prayer. You pray to god for your happiness and well-being.

    If you do it every day, it will become your habit. Habit is easier to follow than a wish or commitment.

    You can perform it in the early morning after waking up or at night before going to bed.

    It is so effective that you will start noticing a significant change in your mood and thought process within a week.

    How to do that?

    It is very simple, 

    After waking up you can say,
    Oh God, you are inside of me, within my every breath, within each bird, each mighty mountain. Your sweet touch reaches everything and I am well protected.

    Hey God, thank you that I am alive today. Thank you,  for this beautiful day before me. I am happy and healthy. I am grateful to you for everything I have today. Thank you, God, for showering love on me.

    May joy, love, peace and compassion be part of my life.

    At night before going to bed, 

    Dear God, I have spent my day actively and happily. I have done all the tasks that were assigned to me. I am successful because I have completed my daily task. I have become a greater human being today.  I thank you, God, for this beautiful day. I am peaceful and go to bed happily.

    A significant change will be noticed if you practice this habit every day.

    The benefits of this prayer are
    • Your mind becomes a success concern and you are eager to be successful in your everyday lifestyle.
    • It will change your belief from nothing good happening to everything being good.
    • This will open up a field of infinite possibilities.

    Summary: Gratefulness to God for whatever you have and what you have achieved in your life give you real happiness and pure success.

    Life is really simple if you are an intelligent intra-day planner. Happiness and success will follow your routine.

    If you want to be happy and successful then start now. Check your daily habits and adopt the habits of a highly successful person.

    Love your life and be happy always. And then your life would be easy to live.
